Obtained by drying the grapes, storing them indoors for around 3-4 months, concentrating sugar and producing noble glycerol.
Aged for at least two years in wooden barrels, this wine is an intense ruby red with hints of garnet; its fragrance recalls dried fruit, tobacco and spices, and it hasa very intense taste, soft yet full-bodied.
When we perceive the word "home" in the company name, our sixth-sense is activated and hardly mistaken.
Perched like a modern fief in the hills near Verona and not far from Soave, we found this casket of hospitality, where you are greeted by the hosts in delightful rooms and then pampered with the tasting of their wines and their oil.
