PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Dark, brown shining colour; fluid density; delicate taste, with a mild fruity savour given by the sweet cherry and mulberry wood; lively acidity, good balance.
USE
With its fruity mild flavour and its pleasant sirupy, Franco is the perfect go-between for the “standard” 12 years and the extra aged. It can be used to dress fruit salads, such as strawberry salads or figs, ham salads, and whenever you want to give a fruity note to your dishes.
